Refund policy

We hope that you love your Stellar&Co purchased item - if there is a query or in the event you would like to make a return please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@stellarandco.co.uk . Information on how and which products can be returned are detailed below.

Returns: 

Soft furnishing and decor items 

Soft furnishing and decor items are eligible for return within 30 days from receipt of your order. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition, the same condition that you received it in and fit for sale, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you are returning an item because you no longer want the item then you will be liable for the cost of shipping back to us.

Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotional items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Furniture and Upholstery items 

All furniture items purchased through Stellar&Co are made to order specifically for you by our talented artisans from England, these include all upholstered items, wood and upholstered furniture, made to order, tailor made, bespoke, customers own materials (COM), special orders, personalised items and therefore are non refundable items. These items can only be returned unless faulty upon delivery. 
If unfortunately there is a fault please contact us on contact@stellarandco.co.uk within 48hrs of delivery with your order number and attach photographs and we will happily guide you through the process of what to do next.  
If the return is accepted we kindly ask that the item is packaged in the same condition as when delivered ready for the return. 

Returns outside of the UK 

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns outside of mainland UK (outside of UK includes Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Island and rest of the world)  buyers will have to arrange their own return. All returns must be pre -arranged with our customer service team as detailed above.  

Exchanges 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to exchange an item you will need to follow our returns policy to return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will advise if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10 working days for this process. 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the monies. 
Please note we do not refund or reimburse any delivery, installation or removal costs.
We reserve the right to not issue a full refund or replacement for any product that we believe has been disassembled, deliberately damaged, altered.
